The Airfield 4-H Center offers a multitude of services and educational programming year-round for public, private, and homeschooled students. All academic lessons are directly tied to Virginia SOL standards for each grade level. When planning a field trip to Airfield, do not hesitate to contact the Program Director to collaborate on educational programming specific to the teacher’s curriculum, which lessons can be further debriefed at the school after the hands-on learning experiences at the Airfield 4-H Center.

All lessons are designed to teach topics included in the Virginia Standards of Learning (SOLs) and/or 4-H Targeting Life Skills Model.
